Cofounder of CT Flex, recognized at the African Insurance Exchange.

CT Flex is a flexible-premium insurance product for people whose income isn’t a neat monthly salary — gig workers, traders, and the informal workforce in Zimbabwe. Premiums can move with real life. Cover is meant to stay within reach. We build it for licensed insurer partners; we are not the insurer.

In 2026 the work was recognized at the African Insurance Exchange (AIE). That stage was proof that a product built for home can belong in the wider insurance conversation.
